Sample PT Session We start with a warm-up - specific to your prior gram for the session including activation, mobilisation, and dynamic movements to prepare you for the session and prevent injury.

  • strength training - movements to build strength, muscle, and tone and burn calories while you sleep .

  • metabolic conditioning - cardio-based exercises to improve your fitness by increasing your heart rate.

  • core training - exercises to strengthen your core muscles & and prevent back pain.

Post work-out recovery - your Coach will give you instructions on stretches, foam rolling & take home exercises to support your progress.
