Personal Training options
with a dedicated coach

Flexible training options to suit your goals, time, and budget.
Choose the type and frequency you prefer and set your training commitment.

We don't lock you into annual contracts but suggest you train for 6 or 12-week sets to get results.

1:1 Personal Training

Choose from 1, 2, or 3 sessions per week and pick how long you can train for.

Optimal (45min) or Express (30min)

 

We match you with a coach who works with your goals and when you can train.

6-week reboot

New clients find it's a great way to get back into exercise after a gap, focus on form and kick start healthy, get your mojo back, and build strong habits.

Group Personal Training
