Get to know Dan

1. What’s the best thing about being a personal trainer?

The best part about being a personal trainer is seeing a client achieve their set goal. It makes what I do so motivating and inspiring to see all their hard work pay off.

2. Which fitness goal is your favourite?

Strength goals. Seeing a client progress and achieve a personal best in any lift with good form always pumps me up knowing they are improving and getting stronger.

3. What do your clients say about you?

Probably wow Dan has big eye brows!

Um, not quite Dan, but ok! Seriously though, Dan's clients say they enjoy his sessions, the group classes are always fun with a mix of cardio and strength. And they always say, he's a good guy!

4. How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by having a routine which makes sure I have a plan in place to get my workouts in.

5. What would you say to someone thinking about joining the Strength Agenda?

I would say we have everything you need in order to achieve your health and fitness goals as all equipment is modern, all the trainers will keep you accountable to your goals and the vibe and community we have will allow you to have fun along the way.

6. Something people would be surprised to know about you?

I would say running a half marathon with my client as I never thought I would. But we did it!
And that I played first grade with the Tigers.
